Dr. Christopher Bassin is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Memphis, TN. He is board-certified in Clinical Neuropsychology and subspecialty boarded in Pediatric Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Including completion of a two-year postdoctoral fellowship training program in brain-behavior relationships at Memphis VA Medical Center, Semmes-Murphey Clinic, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, Dr. Bassin has over 20 years of experience conducting neuropsychological and psychological evaluations.

Services Overview:

Neuropsychological Assessments: 

Dr. Bassin offers comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation services, including formal psychometric testing, for a diverse range of clinical concerns or suspected neurologic conditions including Traumatic Brain Injury and concussion; dementia/ cognitive decline; and CVA/stroke, among others. 

Psychological Assessments: 

Dr Bassin also offers full psychological assessment services related to mental status and/or personality changes; PTSD and other trauma related disorders; and mood  and bipolar disorders, among others. 

The above assessment services are most often referred to him by neurology; psychiatry ; and primary care providers. Dr. Bassin is a life-span neuropsychologist who evaluates patients from pediatric (generally 6 years and older) through geriatric patient populations.
